I found out that I have a high risk of getting diabeties, a sleeping disorder , and a heart disorder gotta lose lots of weight but ik I can do it , but it will be hard ill need some suport from my friends I cant do this alone so please help me threw this

its just the sticking to it part that im having problems with XD Its hard I tryed a diet and it was so hard because my friends around me would eat non diet food, and it would kinda bother me but with the right suport I can do it :)

make a meal plan for yourself of food that you like. I find peanutbutter and apples works to fill me up and keep me full while not being overly high in calorie count or sugars. PEANUTBUTTER IS MAGIC. Now, if you're allergic to peanutbutter, I got nothin' for ya...

As for workouts n stuff, just to as many sit ups/crunches, leg lifts, and push ups as you can, and try to add on one more each week after doing them daily. YOU CAN DO IT.

I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER <3 peanut butter with nutella on bread OMG to die for taste like Reese's peanut butter cups so good XD

It's all about moderation and if you have to,refer to a food chart for the standard food serving.You don't give up anything you love,just cut down on the food you are having too much of.It isn't easy but you can ask your parents or friends for help in your food planning and also have a positive mind.
